About

Richard Josephberg is born in 1964 in Port Chester, New York. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university.

For several years, Josephberg has worked in the field of law. However, he made a career switch and moved into real estate development.

Richard founded his real estate company, Almorli Advisors in 1997. Firstly, he started developing residential and commercial real estate properties in Port Chester, the city where he grew up. After gaining a decent experience, he moved to the wide New York market. He and his team of real estate researchers, have examined deeply the market in order to obtain information about what drew people to a particular place. That information helped him to build a retail, hospitality, or commercial property on a proper location. Additionally, he has published the results of the analysis in real estate research publications.

For over twenty years, Richard Josephberg has been an active real estate developer. He is concentrating mostly in the New York neighborhoods and specializes in the commercial development of low-income neighborhoods with an emphasis on the nonprofit client. Additionally, he offers customized office spaces.

Currently, as a green building developer, Josephberg focuses on the development, renovation, construction, and management of residential and commercial green buildings throughout New York.
